We are now hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to support our expanding sales operations.


🎯 Position Overview

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients for our services. Your primary focus will be generating leads for:

  • Website Development
  • E-Commerce Websites
  • Mobile Apps
  • SaaS Licenses (Udemy Business, WhatsApp tools, etc.)
  • Digital Marketing Services
  • UI/UX & Branding Projects

This is a performance-based freelance role with long-term collaboration opportunities.


🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify high-quality leads through LinkedIn, Google, email, and business directories
  • Collect and verify contact details of decision-makers
  • Generate warm leads for our sales team
  • Manage CRM entries and update pipelines
  • Build targeted lists using tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Reach out via email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn to start conversations
  • Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups
  • Achieve weekly & monthly lead targets

✔ Required Skills

  • Strong experience in B2B lead generation
  • Knowledge of IT, SaaS, and web development services
  • Ability to research companies and decision-makers
  • Experience with tools such as:
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Apollo / ZoomInfo
    • HubSpot / Zoho CRM
    • Google Sheets
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail

✨ Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with agencies, IT companies, or SaaS businesses
  • Experience in cold email outreach
  • Understanding of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and buyer personas
  • Knowledge of digital marketing basics
